FUNCTION
- Daily management of assigned clients.
- Dealing each client without intermediaries because you are
- responsible for their account in the inside sale department.
- Proactive in providing an excellent consultative sale and service
- experience to actual clients.
- Get down to detail with each client to find out how you can help them
- if they have a problem or improve the services or licenses they have
- contracted, using cross-selling.
- Answer phone and email sales queries and make the initial filtering to
- refer them to the sales department.
- Tracking and documentation of leads and opportunities with CRM
- management.
- Close collaboration with the commercial department. As a team, define and continuously improve Customer Success ratio.
- Achievement and monitoring of KPIs and objective goals

PAY:
Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Salary: € 30,000 – € 36,000 gross / year + Bonuses
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English in both writing and speaking
Experience in the B2B sales environment and insides practical experience
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to apply this knowledge
Ability to clearly understand a problem statement
Understanding a problem statement and able to provide an effective solution KPI knowledge and experience in a KPI-driven environment
Knowledge of MS Office Computer Knowledge
